Erkrath – Visitors to the cemeteries in Erkrath can now get an overview of the respective municipal cemeteries in Alt-Erkrath and Hochdahl even before their arrival.
At www.erkrath.friedhofsplan.de, interested parties can now access a digital cemetery plan that provides orientation assistance. Additionally, the graves of deceased individuals can be found through this platform. This allows guests from the surrounding areas to learn about the burial place of the deceased in advance and thus find their way around more quickly on-site.
Furthermore, the digital plan also facilitates the daily work of cemetery gardeners and stonemasons at the graves and supports interested residents of Erkrath in the search for potential grave sites, as the online map also provides information about available and occupied graves.
