PBSGEO at the German Accelerator Programme: Bringing cemetery digitization to Latin America

At PBSGEO, we are fully committed to the digital transformation of the funeral industry and the modern management of public green spaces. Being accepted into the German Accelerator Program marks a significant milestone on our path to international expansion. It gives us the opportunity to collaborate with international experts, develop new growth strategies and expand our presence in Latin America in a targeted manner.

The program gives us access to individual mentoring, exchanges with industry leaders and the opportunity to adapt our innovative solutions to the specific requirements of new markets.

📍 On site in Colombia and Mexico

As part of this initiative, we will soon be traveling to Bogotá, Medellín and Mexico City. There, we will be taking part in strategic meetings, specialist events and networking formats – in dialog with public administrations, companies in the funeral industry and potential technology partners.

Our stops:

📅 Mexico City: April 7 – 11

Bogotá: March 31 – April 1

Medellín: April 2 – 4

During our trip, we will present our vision: the digitalization of cemeteries, the optimization of administrative processes and the concrete contribution of our friedhofsplan.com platform to increasing the efficiency of cemetery administration in Latin America.

German Accelerator in Lateinamerika

Why is the German Accelerator Program so important for us?

Stronger presence in Latin America
We want to better understand the specific requirements of the local industry and adapt our solutions to local conditions.

Building strategic partnerships
Through direct exchange with public administrations, associations and companies in the funeral industry, we create valuable alliances for joint developments.

Promoting innovation and growth
We are constantly developing new technological tools that make the management of cemeteries and green spaces more efficient and sustainable.

By taking this step, we are bringing our expertise and technologies to new markets and thus making an active contribution to digital change in an area that still offers a great deal of untapped potential.

PBSGEO is a spin-off of Planungsbüro Schumacher. This connection can still be recognized today by the first three letters of our company name.

We started in 2011 as an engineering office for geoinformatics and initially worked on a large number of projects relating to the processing of geodata for public administrations.
