This gives external trades uncomplicated access to important information. In addition, an integrated communication tool – such as task management – enables the targeted and location-specific delegation of tasks. This allows administrators to send specific orders directly to morticians, cemetery gardeners or stonemasons. All tasks are documented in the digital plan and can be supplemented with images or additional documents if required.
A digital cemetery plan has numerous advantages: it creates clarity and transparency in the distribution of tasks and offers a central platform for all relevant information. External trades can easily send feedback and status updates, making communication more efficient. At the same time, structured task planning facilitates better time management, while the documentation of all processes ensures traceable and binding communication.
