Fast Operation, Fast Workflow

User-friendliness is the focus of PBSGEO GmbH. Accordingly, the pg_baum software presented at the trade fair is designed for fast operation and intuitive tree control. This starts with the workflow. Through a data view of each individual tree in the catalog, the user is guided to the recorded findings and finally to the actions that need to be taken for each tree, so the available information is logically organized. Furthermore, the user interface is very well thought out and almost reminiscent of an Apple product interface. A range of predefined parameters can be quickly added for each tree, and comments can be left. Thanks to data synchronization, the devices could theoretically also be used as communication tools, as explained by CEO Stefan Schumacher.

Despite a multitude of sophisticated solutions, the development of tree catalogs is an ongoing process. What breakthroughs are achieved or new methods are tried will be known to interested parties at the latest by the next edition of the German Tree Care Days. The scheduled date is from May 6 to May 8, 2025.
