The city of Eichstätt has now digitized its cemetery. A QR code takes you to an online information service. There you can search for the final resting places of the deceased or find vacancies in the cemetery. After the search query, interested parties are automatically shown the best route to the place they are looking for. If relatives do not want the deceased to be listed in the system by name, they can contact the cemetery administration. The digital cemetery information service is available without registration on the Eichstätt city website via the link www.eichstaett.de/friedhofverwaltung/digital/.
